Terms and Conditions for Crypto Wallet Raffle / Giveaway:

*Each entrant shall enter the competition by registering for and attending HYCM's Crypto Giveaway Webinar on March 22, 2022.

*Only one entry per person will be accepted.

*Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.

*The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has registered and attended our Crypto Webinar on March 22, 2022, using a random number selector, which will select a unique entry number assigned to each registered attendee. HYCM will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.

*HYCM will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. HYCM takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

*Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

*The name, address, email address, and phone number of the winner must be provided to HYCM if requested and will be shared to enable the delivery of the prize.

*In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond HYCM’s reasonable control, HYCM reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

*HYCM holds the right to suspend the promotion completely, for any reason, with or without prior notice.
